Welcome to Sunstead. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sunstead.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are Sunstead is operated by Clarvia Ltd (ABN: pending), a company registered in New Zealand trading in Australia as Sunstead. Contact us at support@sunsteadliving.com.

2. Products & pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We try to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can happen — if we find a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders & payment When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm that offer by email once payment is processed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund you in full if we do.

4. Shipping & delivery See our Order & Delivery page for current timeframes and costs. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & refunds See our Exchanges & Returns page. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major or minor failure.

6. Intellectual property All content on this Site — text, images, logos, graphics — belongs to Sunstead/Clarvia Ltd or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunstead is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
